The estimated average delivery time of the products is 3 to 7 business days, and there may be variations in time due to postal strikes, as well as other factors beyond our control.

All purchases have    a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 5 working days, which can be tracked from departure from the country of origin to arrival at home. 

Delivery is always made by the Post Office, however, in some cases, such as absent recipient, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to pick up the products at the agency closest to the address provided.

We offer free shipping on all orders in Brazil.

If the order is for 2 or more products, they can be shipped separately and a tracking code will be issued for each product

We ask you to pay attention to filling in the delivery address to ensure that it is done within the established deadline. Remembering that it cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, because within this period the product is already separated for shipping, and it will also not be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours. 

As it is an international order, the information in the tracking on the Correios website may occur between 3 to 5 business days after the information of the tracking code. 

The completion of the delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned to an incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of attempted delivery by the Post Office without result, it remains at the agency available to be picked up, but if it is not, it must be returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of reshipment, the delivery period will take effect from the date of this confirmation that will be recorded in the order register. 

As it is an import service, any and all merchandise is subject to bureaucracy or customs taxes. 

In case of reshipment, a new delivery period will apply.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Fees and Taxes

You are not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Vocemerecee is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We strive to deliver you the very best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly return the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Request your Return Authorization Number by e-mail [email protected] with the detailed reason for the return and photos or video of the product that prove the reason. After approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you want to return.

3. To ensure your refund, please use a trackable courier service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

4. Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
