Exchange, Return and Warranty Policy


Our greatest commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you have chosen your product in our online store, but upon receiving it, you found that there is a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to return in accordance with the terms below:


1. Dissatisfaction with the product  : The customer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt to call the store and inform what happened. After 7 days, the store will not process the refund request.


2. Product is defective  : Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt. (For defects such as: product with damaged glass or display, apparent scratches, missing parts, the customer is entitled to claim the warranty if they contact within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt, and always send images of the package received. If the customer contact after 24 hours, the problem will be considered to be caused by misuse)


Remembering that the first step to return is to communicate our Service Center.


Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the return of the Product.

After the customer has contacted the store by e-mail (department responsible) and informed the desire to return the product, our team will send an e-mail to the customer to inform that he has read and is aware of our refund policy and who wants to continue the process.

By sending this message, the customer has up to   4   calendar days to inform whether the product in question is in order and proceed with the refund request. If the store does not receive a return, the return order is canceled due to customer withdrawal.

After the customer informs the desire to continue, our team will request photos and video of the product in question, to open the return process and then provide the customer with the shipping address of the product to be returned.

After the store sends the address for returning the product, the customer has up to   3 business days   to deliver the product to a post office and inform the tracking code to the store via our email. After this time, the refund request is automatically canceled and there is no possibility of returning the refund request.

If the customer does not send the tracking code within 3 business days to the store via email, the refund request will be automatically cancelled, as the customer will not be able to prove that he delivered the goods to a post office and the store. he will not extend the deadline for delivery of the product at post offices.


 To return a product due to   dissatisfaction:


The product must not have signs of use, in the case of watches, the product must not have been removed from the bracelet for adjustment,   the product must be felt as it was received, with the original packaging (postal packaging, with label), otherwise the refund or exchange will not be carried out.


Once we receive the package, we will do an analysis to confirm that everything is in accordance with the Item return conditions. After confirmation, our Service Team will contact you and in this case you will be able to choose between:


-Receive the refund of the amount spent on the products,   (we do not refund the cost of shipping if the product delivered is the correct model and is in perfect condition).

- Receive a new product for the same amount paid for the returned product.




All products in the store are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.


For the warranty to be activated, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the problem  , in this video the packaging of the product received must also be shown (postal packaging, with label), it is essential that the packaging is shown in the video.


The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect and the product packaging must appear in the photo.


If the customer is unable to make the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send the product to our address in PERNAMBUCO for analysis  , the cost of this shipment is the customer's responsibility, the product must be sent with the original packaging from the post office, with the recipient's label undamaged.

Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damage that occurred after purchasing the device from us, such as broken or cracked screens, among other similar problems.


The warranty also does not cover:


Fluid damage, such as dropping the product into water or leaving it submerged; although some products are water resistant, there are some limits to be respected from product to product;


Damage caused by an attempt to repair or adapt the device by you or a third party;


Improper use of accessories;


Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear - for example, scratches on the screen from use, oxidation due to excess uric acid from the user of the product;


Acceptable reduction in battery life;


Tests to verify the resistance of the product, such as test to verify the resistance of the watch glass or test to verify the resistance to water, among others.
